Good Wishes Message

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar

I am delighted to share that on December 1, 2024, during my visit to Rajgir, Bihar, at the International Magadh Gaurav Samman Samaroh-2024 organized by the "Divya Prerak Kahaniya Humanity Research Centre Trust," the Digital Bookkeeping Management System Online was officially launched for office accounting and record maintenance. This new system is expected to be economical, user-friendly, and efficient, benefiting small and large offices, business organizations, and the general public alike.

The Government of India is placing significant emphasis on digitization under the Make in India and Digital India programs. In this context, the commendable initiative by Dr. Avishek Kumar will not only save time and effort but also contribute to environmental protection.

I extend my heartfelt wishes for the success of the DBMS Online system.

Proper Accounting is Essential for Financial Prosperity

Dr. Avishek Kumar

When examining any organization, institution, or individual from the perspective of financial prosperity, one finds that success is directly linked to how well finances are managed and planned. Success stems from meticulous accounting, the preparation of reports, comparative analysis, and the subsequent implementation of informed decisions. Those who follow this path achieve rapid growth and strengthen their financial standing—whether personal or that of their business or organization. The precise recording, analysis, and comparative study of income, expenditure, liabilities, and assets hold the key to success for individuals and their institutions alike. Undoubtedly, economic prosperity fosters progressive growth in social and intellectual spheres.

Many people establish business firms or social organizations but fail to pay adequate attention to the fundamental financial aspects—specifically, the flow of funds and accurate accounting. Consequently, in the absence of proper financial management, the core objectives and very existence of the organization can crumble, much like a beautiful sandcastle washed away. While government regulations mandate annual audits, the lack of proper record-keeping often leads many small and medium-sized organizations to rely on estimates and makeshift figures for income, expenditure, profit and loss, and balance sheets. In reality, this practice amounts to self-deception. When an individual or group establishes an organization, the primary goal is often to achieve an annual turnover running into lakhs, crores, or even billions of rupees. However, without reports based on actual accounting and financial analysis, how can one determine which areas require special attention or improvement?

Everyone needs money; without it, one cannot secure even the smallest thing. Anyone running a business firm, organization, or institution naturally seeks to generate profit—both to meet personal necessities and to engage in socially conscious activities. Once an enterprise, organization, or institution is established, it inevitably generates income. Mismanagement and inefficiency arise when funds are allocated—either for personal use or for business expansion—without proper accounting or record-keeping. Conversely, individuals and organizations that maintain proper accounts and adopt a proactive mindset thrive quickly, even in highly competitive and risky markets. This is a widely observed and experienced reality.

Recognizing these common issues of financial disorder and inefficiency within enterprises and institutions, the "Divya Prerak Kahaniyan Humanity Research Centre Trust" (DPKHRC Trust) has launched an innovative system: the Digital Bookkeeping Management System DBMS Online. This system eliminates the need for business owners or accountants to undergo lengthy accounting courses spanning months or a year. Instead, after just a few minutes of basic training and the simple entry of item-wise receipts and payments, the system automatically organizes the financial records and generates various reports for comparative analysis.
